Is there a way to flush the queue quickly if it hangs again in the future when testing, say be following the same steps you mention and choosing Cancel All Documents?īTW - the same problems occur when using Nitro Pro to Create from File, which I assume indicates it uses the same drivers/protocol as printing does. I'm tired of uninstalling and installing Office 365 for now. I am going to set all three to allow for all users and groups. And oddly permissions are different for other Users such as All Application Packages (which doesn't allow Manage this Printer). I see that my default allows Manage this Printer and Print for Everyone, but not Manage Documents. Make sure Manage this Printer and Trint are enabled for everyone.Thanks. Have tried HP Printer Settings Doctor app, but same result. Have downloaded a manual printer driver to install from HP, but printer doesn't appear as a printer to install, again trying various ways. Have tried various ways, using the wizard and through using the printer IP address. But installations of the driver there also don't succeed. It fails and directs me to Windows settings. If I try and install the printer driver through the HP Smart app it does not install the printer driver. The HP Smart app describes the printer as 'not completely installed' and any attempts to fix this fail. I have HP Smart installed on my Windows 11 laptop and the printer is sometimes visible as an option, sometimes not. I bought a Nitro 5 laptop recently, but I cannot set-up the printer or print from my new Windows 11 laptop.
The printer set-up over Wi-Fi OK when I bought it, I have always been able to print from my Android phone and my Chromebook, and my partner can print from her Windows laptop.
